How far in advance should a milestone trip be planned?

Twelve months for peak season, especially Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, Alpine summer, and villa stays. Nine months is comfortable in shoulder season.

Yes — vow renewals, private dinners, photographers, musicians, and florals, coordinated directly with the property.
