The Wilson family is a military family that had just moved across the country from California to Virginia. They wanted a trip for their entire family including their older daughters to Florida. Patti was especially concerned about arranging dining options that worked around her daughter’s food allergies.
What I gave them…
I booked a complete itinerary with hotels, activities and dining reservations tailored to the specific dietary needs of their daughters and the preferences of the couple themselves. At the end of their trip, they had a cancelled flight due to weather and needed emergency hotel accommodations. Thankfully, I was just a phone call away, so I arranged for extra nights and they were able to extend their trip and relax knowing they were covered.

DISNEY VACATION
What they asked for…
Jessie wanted a fun spring break trip to Disney for her family with children ranging from 4 years old to 18 years old. In the past she had a horrible experience and was very nervous about going at a busy time with such a wide range of ages. She specifically wanted her son’s 18th birthday to be a great time for him and didn’t want to stress over anything.
What I gave them…
I booked a vacation package at a moderate resort that was themed towards relaxation and within their budget. Every detail from arrival to departure was covered including a birthday surprise for her son. The family had dining reservations for every day, recommendations for quick service that met their picky eater’s requirements, and Fast Pass + reservations booked that accounted for fearful four-year old’s and thrill-junky teenagers. Before departure, they were given a daily touring guide that recommended places to rest, character stops and even where the best restrooms were in each park! They vacationed stress free because they had a day to day guide to follow and a phone number to reach me when and if they had questions.

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY TRIP
What they asked for…
The Knapp’s asked for a 25th wedding anniversary trip to their favorite resort destination. They wanted to spend time enjoying themselves and relaxing without their children. This was their first trip alone in years and they were a bit at a loss as to what to do and where to go with no kids in tow.
What I gave them…
I booked accommodations that had a great pool (and a great bar!) for the Knapps. When they weren’t lounging poolside, they were participating in the activities offered by the resort and dining at their favorite must dos. They had their preferred reservations for their anniversary celebration. Since they normally travel as a family, on this trip, it was my pleasure to plan a variety of adult only activities for them to enjoy.
